为使展会取得实效,展会将以如下方式加大宣传推广的力度:

(一)充分利用中国国际贸易促进委员会、中国国际商会在海外的办事处、友好商协会及全国700 多个分支机构进行招商宣传推广,并组织相关意向代理商赴会洽谈。

(二)组织代理商、进口商、经销商、批发商、零售商、超市、百货商场、专业店、连锁店等参会洽谈。

(三)印刷70 万份请柬,重点进行买家邀请。

(四)通过电台、电视台、平面媒体、网络媒体等进行全方位的宣传报道。预计有30 万人次到会参观。

(五)组织参展企业举办现场产品发布会。

To make the fair bring practical results, the fair will take the publicity and promotion efforts in the following ways:

(1) Making full advantages of CCPIT, overseas offices of CCOIC, overseas friendly association offices, organizations and over 700 branches nationwide, and relevant intent agents.

(2) Organizing agents, importers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, shopping malls and chain-stores participating.

(3) Sending out 700,000 invitations for buyer invitation.

(4) Undertaking a full range of media coverage through radio, TV, print media, Internet media etc. to attract 300,000 visitors.

(5) New products presentation and press conference.
